About Us

In the relatively short amount of time that our U-16 girls academy program has been around, we have enjoyed a great amount of success on and off the pitch. With many of our girls being selected to play on Provincial\Keltic's teams, Bluenose International Touring Sides, Eastern Canadian U-18 camps, Canada Game's Teams and getting scholarships to play in the AUS and CIS Universitiy sides. We attribute this to our wonderful pathways program at HRFC which takes them through the beginning stages of playing elite rugby through to our U-17 15's team in the fall and then on to our U-18 Colts Academy program.

With our primary goal of ensuring that everyone has fun and continues to enjoy playing rugby for many years to come. We also recognize that this is a crucial time in their rugby playing career, so for those wishing to take their game to the next level, our U-16 girls program while constantly teaching team based achievements, offers the opportunity to find your ideal position and become a star in your role, with position specific individual training.
